We've been going here on the regular since they opened. We're slowly working our way through the menu. Here are some of the standouts. Dolsot bibimbap, perfectly cooked rice in a hot, stone bowl surrounded by a variety of side dishes and topped off with a fried egg. Delicious! the rice gets a bit of a crunchy crust and the assorted toppings mingle to ensure every bite is different. Kimchi Jjigae with Pork (Kimchi Stew)- Brought to the table still bubbling. A delicious combination of house made kimchi, tender chunks of pork and tofu in a spicy, tangy rich broth. Warm, comforting and satisfying. Korean BBQ, tender, grilled slices of pork belly accompanied by lettuce, jalapeno slices, green onions to make wraps with rice and two sides; particularly good choices are the house made kimchi and the rolled omelet. It's also worthwhile asking about the rotating sides. Spicy broccoli, pickled peppers and radish are some of our favorites. Korean Fried Chicken. This is part of the reason getting through the menu is going slowly. Tender chunks of juicy, white meat chicken soaked in a delightful marinade then fried in the crispiest, crunchiest batter imaginable. Pair it up with either gochujang (sweet and spicy chili sauce) or the Korean BBQ sauce. Perfect every time.
I’m a novice at Korean cuisine and a vegetarian. So it was a delight to find a restaurant where the staff could actually identify dishes that were vegetarian and even vegan. I had Jajangmyeon with a rolled omelette as a side and tteokbokki. All were superb. Better than anything I ate at Korean restaurants in the DC area. Thank you for bringing another superb international experience to Evansville!
The food was fresh and very good. My daughters and I were very happy with everything we ordered. I especially enjoyed the K-fried chicken. So crispy and flavorful. We all enjoyed the Korean hotdogs as well. Friendly and helpful service. Highly recommend.
The staff were so sweet. Food was so fresh, and delicious. I had the Korean corn dog, kimchi pancake, and kimbap. Can’t wait to go back!
The food is fresh and delicious. The rice was soft and pillowy. The dining area is very clean. I enjoyed talking with the owner who even gave me recommendations on what to order :)
Solid traditional Korean food, large menu and well made. Korean fried chicken was very tumeric forward but the batter was crispy and delicious and with the sauce it was great. Kimbap with the bulgogi was some of the best we've had, and the Korean Hot Dog (corn dog) was a neat treat we've been looking to try. Portions were big and reasonably priced for the size.
Ok this was my first time here and I will most definitely return. The food here is just delicious. The folks working in here which I assume are owners were awesome with their customer service. She made great menu recommendations that were spot on. This place is easy to find using Google Maps. There is plenty of free parking.
Delicious. Clean Excellent and friendly service. Great selection. See that cheese in a stick in the photos? So good! Hot food. This is a place where customers order at the front then go get their food when it is freshly cooked and number is called. Update 4/2/25 I’ve been three more times. Once, the waiter was rude and had he been the one I saw first m, I wouldn’t be back. Then I went again and it was fine. Not super friendly but who cares. Food was delicious. I really enjoy the fried cheese logs.
